The Brief

Livewell, previously named ‘Shop For Less’ is an online specialist healthcare store that focuses on selling products which can improve everyday life for each customer. ‘Shop For Less’ briefed us to create a new brand that connected more with online customers and reflected their vision of becoming a market leading online healthcare retailer.

We worked with the team at ‘Shop For Less’ to understand their purpose, current values and vision for the brand. We discovered that ‘Shop For Less’s purpose was to improve their customer’s lives, they genuinely cared for their needs and worked hard to serve them in a warm, caring and compassionate way. This unique proposition defines their brand and focus going forward – they are about people, living well and improving lives.

Livewell Today and Everyday

Living Well

We created a new symbol for the brand that captures the coming together and the care between customers and the Livewell team through an interconnecting heart. The new name and logo are a simple representation of their business values and characteristics.

Visual Style

We worked closely with the team at Livewell to bring their brand to life through the creative communications. We developed a visual style using friendly typography, a bright and warming colour palette and photography showing Livewell’s customer focused approach. Livewell’s creative style sets them apart from their key competitors who are product rather than people focused in their positioning.

Brand Journey

We continue to work with Livewell on the journey as both their business and brand evolves. Our brand discovery process has defined the characteristics that shape the way Livewell communicate with their customers on a day-to-day basis. Livewell have embraced their new brand to the max and it’s making a positive impact on both the business and their customers.
